    We are looking for a motivated real estate agent who is intentional about building a six-figure income and is willing to follow structure, systems, and accountability to get there. This role is best suited for an agent who treats real estate like a business, values coaching, and wants consistent opportunities to work with buyers—not someone looking for a side hustle or passive income. Responsibilities: • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth • Tech savvy • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred Compensation: $65,000 - $110,000 yearly
