Responsibilities: • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers Qualifications: • Technology driven • Self-motivation and drive • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Show good organizational and time management skills • Real estate license required Compensation: $140,000 at plan
