    This is a unique role designed for someone who wants to build a long-term real estate career while having a consistent, reliable income along the way. As our Leasing Specialist, you will take ownership of all rental activity within the team. We have a high volume of rental inquiries and opportunities, far more than our current agents can handle, creating a strong and consistent flow of leasing business. You’ll work with both landlords and tenants, building relationships that naturally convert into future buyers and sellers, while gaining hands-on experience across all aspects of the business. In addition to leasing, you’ll have the opportunity to take on additional paid field and support tasks, creating a steady income while you grow your pipeline. This role is ideal for someone who wants to stay busy, earn consistently, and build a career with long-term upside. Compensation: • $25/hour for non-licensed activities • $50/hour for licensed activities • Commission income from leasing transactions and future purchase/sale transactions • Additional paid tasks available (assisting with team showings, buyer inspections, lockbox setup, etc.) • Baseline hours available, with opportunity to increase income through performance and activity Responsibilities: • Manage all leasing activity within the team (tenant and landlord clients), along with your database and sphere of influence • Conduct rental showings, application support, and lease negotiations • Build and maintain relationships with tenants and landlords for future business • Attending appointments, showings, and negotiations • Following proven systems for lead conversion and follow-up • Building your personal brand within the Team Jordan ecosystem • Host open houses If you would like additional paid hours • Support agents with showings, inspections, and on-site client needs • Handle tasks such as installing lockboxes, signage, and property access coordination • Assist with buyer visits, property tours, and other in-field activities for other agents • Stay organized and responsive within a fast-paced team environment Qualifications: • Licensed real estate agent in Ontario (or currently working toward licensing) • Familiarity with the Residential Tenancies Act • Investment-savvy, with the ability to understand rental value, cash flow, and key real estate metrics • Strong work ethic and willingness to be in the field regularly • Highly organized and reliable • Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems • Strong people skills and ability to build long-term relationships • Motivated to grow a long-term real estate business, not just earn hourly income • Team-first attitude with a willingness to jump in and help where needed Compensation: $60,000 - $150,000 yearly
