You'll be calling warm and cold leads, setting appointments for our top-tier agents, and learning how to master sales conversations. This is a commission-only role, but the earning potential is significant for those willing to work hard. We are not looking for experience. We're looking for ambition, grit, and a willingness to grow. What You’ll Do • Call and connect with leads daily to schedule appointments for our real estate agents • Build relationships with potential clients by following up consistently through phone, text, and email • Qualify leads to make sure they’re a good fit for our services and ready to move forward • Use our CRM to manage and update lead activity so our agents can take fast action • Track your performance and stay accountable to daily, weekly, and monthly metrics • Report daily results and consistently seek coaching to improve • Take ownership of your growth and earning potential What We’re Looking For • Strong communication skills and a love for talking to people • Positive attitude and relentless work ethic • Quick learner who thrives in a goal-driven environment • Coachable and open to feedback • Real estate license is required Compensation • 100% commission-based • Your income is based on the results you create; it is an upside on what you can earn • Top performers can build a strong income quickly through consistent effort Who We Are Mission Realty, brokered by Real, is a highly respected, performance-driven real estate team with deep roots and a strong culture. Core Values We Live By • Mindset of abundance • Everyone is a leader • Grit • Always improving • Self-responsibility Responsibilities: • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities Qualifications: • Show good organizational and time management skills • Technology driven • Past sales experience is preferred • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 yearly
