As a Real Estate Sales Agent with the Mitten Home Team, you'll be responsible for: • Ensuring potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market. • Contacting and following up with leads to assess their wants and needs in a home. • Scheduling and showing homes, writing and negotiating offers, coordinating home inspections, and more. • Consulting with and guiding clients through the entire home-buying process. We're seeking individuals who are enthusiastic, determined, teachable, and hungry to learn. While prior real estate sales experience is not required, successful applicants will have: • A reliable, clean, and safe automobile for transportation. • A valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car. • At minimum, a high school diploma (or equivalent). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
