Responsibilities: • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Show good organizational and time management skills • Tech savvy • Self-motivation and drive • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 yearly
