Responsibilities: • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Oversee the entire sales process from listing to closing, ensuring a seamless transaction for clients. • Leverage your local market knowledge to guide clients through their home search and provide valuable insights about communities. • Actively prospect and develop new leads to grow your business within the specific geographies we serve. • Deliver top-tier service by building strong relationships with clients and becoming their trusted advisor for repeat and referral business. • Stay in consistent contact with leads to nurture opportunities and convert them into successful sales. Qualifications: • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Self-motivation and drive • Show good organizational and time management skills • Great communication and social skills • A proven record of sales experience is preferred but not required—what matters most is your drive and determination. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively. • Tech-savvy and proficient in using modern tools and platforms. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
