Responsibilities: • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Self-motivation and drive • Tech savvy • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills Compensation: $111,500 at plan earnings
