Responsibilities: • Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the customer base served by our team to expand our sales results • Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity • Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities Qualifications: • Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus • You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills • Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities • Passionate about selling • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly Compensation: $100,000+ at plan yearly
