Responsibilities: • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently Qualifications: • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Real estate license or pursuing required • Must be at least 18 years old and eligible for Montana real estate licensure • High school diploma or GED • Strong communication and people skills • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn • Comfortable using basic technology and online tools • Ability to manage time and complete coursework on schedule • Professional attitude and commitment to completing the scholarship program • No real estate experience required — just a genuine interest in building a real estate career Compensation: $75,000 - $250,000 yearly
