You will spend much of your time showing homes, helping buyers explore different neighborhoods, and guiding clients through one of the most important parts of the home search process. As you continue meeting with buyers, you will learn how to identify motivation, uncover needs, strengthen follow-up, and create an exceptional client experience that helps build trust and long-term relationships. Beyond showings, you will gain exposure to contracts, negotiations, financing conversations, and the steps that move a transaction from the first tour to a successful closing. Responsibilities: • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service • Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered Qualifications: • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Professional in attitude and appearance • Real Estate License Required Compensation: $150,000+ at plan earnings
