    Showing Agent Opportunity We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to stay active in the field, build consistent buyer activity, and earn rewarding commissions while learning alongside experienced agents. Your primary focus will be buyer showings while learning how contracts, negotiations, and closings come together throughout the transaction process. Through consistent activity and repetition, you will strengthen communication skills, improve confidence with clients, and gain real-world experience that translates into long-term growth within real estate. This team is connected to the Zillow Flex program, creating ongoing buyer engagement and consistent showing opportunities. As activity increases, you will learn to improve follow-up, strengthen relationships, and create a strong client experience while working within organized systems built around consistency and accountability. Responsibilities: • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales Qualifications: • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Real Estate License Required Compensation: $150,000+ at plan earnings
