Responsibilities: • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner • Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely Qualifications: • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car • Real Estate License Required Compensation: $150,000+
