We’re looking for a Showing Agent to support sales goals through effective sales techniques and quality customer service. GOALS: Create/Convert/Close, 20 approved buyers working at all times, 50 showings per week to fully qualified buyers, average 5 homes shown before writing an offer. Responsibilities: • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service • Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions • Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show • Stay informed about market changes and help clients understand the implications of their purchase • Work independently and within a team to achieve sales goals • Find homes that meet buyers' criteria and drive them to showings • Assist agents by showcasing homes to buyer clients • Research potential market listings and coordinate showings with clients, listing agents, and home sellers • Collaborate with the lead agent to show homes that meet buyer needs and budgets, resulting in increased sales Qualifications: • Professional in attitude and appearance • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car • Strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Quick learner of real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Team player comfortable in a tight-knit company environment • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills • Independent, self-motivated, and able to connect with a variety of personalities • Analytical ability to understand client reactions to homes and adjust future showings accordingly • Comfortable spending a significant amount of time driving • Ability to analyze client needs and match them to suitable homes • Desire to support clients in finding their dream home • Ambitious with proven ability to succeed • Valid Driver's License and own reliable vehicle for showings • Real Estate License required (We can help you get licensed!) • Willingness to learn and grow with the team • High school diploma required Compensation: $30,000 yearly
