Qualifications: • • Experience in real estate or a related field is preferred, but not required. • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients, ensuring a positive experience. • Proven track record of managing multiple tasks efficiently, demonstrating strong organizational skills. • Familiarity with the Miami-Miami Beach-Kendall, FL real estate market is a plus. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative environment. • Proficient in using technology and real estate software to manage client interactions and follow-ups. • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide insightful feedback to clients after showings. Compensation: $122,000 - $225,000 yearly
