Responsibilities: • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions Qualifications: • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Professional in attitude and appearance • Real estate license required or ability to obtain one • Must have real estate license in order to earn commissions Compensation: $160,000 at plan commissions
