Qualifications: • Real Estate License or in the process of getting one. • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring clients feel heard and understood. • Proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and colleagues, fostering trust and collaboration. • Familiarity with the Killeen-Temple-Fort Hood, TX real estate market, or a willingness to learn quickly. • Ability to manage time efficiently, coordinating multiple showings and maximizing client satisfaction. • Comfortable using technology and systems to track client interactions and streamline communication. • Professional demeanor and an approachable personality make clients feel welcome and valued during every interaction. Compensation: $125,000 - $225,000 yearly
