Responsibilities: • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process • Lead generation • Real estate sales • Buyer lead follow-up • Set appointments • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Professional in attitude and appearance • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Real estate license required • Ability to learn and be coachable • Sales experience Compensation: $140,000+ at plan
