Our La Jolla-based team is looking for a Showing Agent to assist with a steady stream of buyer activity. In this role, you’ll lead property tours, build rapport with clients, and support the transaction process from start to finish—all while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity also opens the door to future leadership through our Partner Team Lead Program, creating a clear path for long-term growth and advancement. You’ll receive hands-on coaching, daily support, and consistent buyer opportunities—all within a collaborative and driven team culture. Highlights: • Lead scheduled showings and guide motivated buyers • Receive a steady stream of quality leads • Collaborate with a team of top performers • Earn rewarding commissions • Gain access to leadership opportunities through our Partner Team Lead Program Responsibilities: • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Lead generation • Real estate sales • Buyer lead follow-up • Set appointments • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Can spend a large amount of time driving • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Real estate license required • Ability to learn and coachable • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $165,000
