    We are a team of specialists serving real estate buyers, sellers, and investors in the area. We’re looking for a Showing Agent to support sales goals through effective sales techniques and quality customer service. Goals: Create/Convert/Close, 20 approved buyers working at all times, 50 showings per week to fully qualified buyers, average of 5 homes shown before writing an offer. Responsibilities: • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely • Show homes to clients using best practices as defined by Dan Chin Homes • Keep Buyer Specialist/Lead Agent informed on client communications and developments • Coordinate with clients, listing agents, and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary Qualifications: • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car • Professional in attitude and appearance • Hold, actively working to acquire, or intend on getting a real estate license • Bilingual Spanish/English • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • High school diploma Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000+ yearly
