Responsibilities: • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster Qualifications: • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Present yourself in a professional manner • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Real estate license required to work with clients and earn commissions • Sales communication experience Compensation: $150,000+ at plan commissions
