Responsibilities: • Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction Qualifications: • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Professional in attitude and appearance • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Real estate license required • Sales communication experience Compensation: $60,000 - $120,000 at plan
