You will work with active buyers through the Zillow Flex program, gaining valuable experience conducting property showings, understanding buyer needs, and providing exceptional service throughout the home search process. Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will strengthen your communication skills, learn effective buyer consultation techniques, and develop the habits that lead to long-term success. Through coaching, proven systems, and consistent activity, you will gain experience with buyer follow-up, property searches, open houses, negotiations, and transactions. As your confidence and skills continue to grow, you will be well positioned to transition into managing your own buyer relationships and building a sustainable real estate business. Responsibilities: • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria • Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service Qualifications: • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Professional in attitude and appearance • Real estate license required to work with clients and earn commissions • Sales communication experience Compensation: $150,000+ at plan commissions
