Showing Agent Opportunity We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to step into a Showing Agent position, learn to work directly with buyers inside the Zillow Flex program, and build consistency while earning rewarding commissions and progressing toward becoming a producing Buyer’s Agent. As a Showing Agent, you will learn to guide property tours while also developing the art of showing homes and sales together, going beyond simply opening doors. You will learn how to create meaningful buyer conversations during showings, uncover motivation, position homes effectively, and move buyers toward confident decisions. You will also host open houses and stay engaged in communication alongside experienced real estate agents, building real experience through daily activity. This is a hands-on environment where you learn what drives production, how to build trust with buyers, and how to follow proven systems connected to Zillow Flex that support a more consistent real estate business. With repetition, coaching, and clear expectations, you will continue building confidence and skill through real interactions. Responsibilities: • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria • Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner Qualifications: • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth • Real estate license required to work with clients and earn commissions • Sales communication experience Compensation: $150,000+ at plan commissions
