In this role, you’ll assist experienced Buyer Agents with showings, open houses, and client follow-up, gaining firsthand experience and insight into what it takes to close deals. Responsibilities: • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service Qualifications: • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth • Can spend a large amount of time driving • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Real estate license required • Sales communication experience Compensation: $120,000 at plan
