Responsibilities: • Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their choices. • Collaborate with our team to schedule and coordinate showings, optimizing time and resources. • Provide timely feedback to clients and team members, fostering a transparent and communicative environment. • Stay informed about local real estate market trends to offer clients the most current insights. • Assist in preparing and organizing property listings, ensuring accurate and appealing presentations. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, nurturing trust and long-term partnerships. • Support clients in understanding the buying process, offering guidance and clarity at every step. Qualifications: • Real Estate License or active pursuit of one. • Experience in customer service or sales, with a knack for building rapport and trust. • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring clients feel informed and supported. • Proven track record of managing schedules and coordinating multiple appointments efficiently. • Familiarity with the Nassau-Suffolk real estate market, or a willingness to learn quickly. • Strong organizational skills to assist in preparing and presenting property listings. • Comfortable using technology and real estate software to enhance client interactions. • Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player, contributing to a collaborative environment. Compensation: $125,400 - $215,000 yearly
