Responsibilities: • Attend structured training programs to enhance real estate knowledge and sales skills • Conduct outreach via calls, texts, and emails to build new client relationships • Use provided scripts and frameworks to set qualified buyer or seller appointments • Maintain a strong presence in the CRM by updating notes, tasks, and contact info daily • Support internal team initiatives and contribute to a collaborative sales environment • Deliver regular progress updates to leadership on key performance metrics Qualifications: • Real Estate License required or willingness to complete licensing quickly • Excellent phone and written communication skills • High level of accountability and ability to work independently • Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM and sales software • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license • Commission-based position with high-income potential Compensation: $125,400 - $185,000 yearly
