Responsibilities: • Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their decisions. • Coordinate with the lead agent to schedule showings and manage client appointments efficiently. • Provide timely feedback to the team on client preferences and property impressions. • Maintain a thorough understanding of the local real estate market to offer valuable insights to clients. • Ensure all client interactions are professional, courteous, and aligned with our brand values. • Assist in preparing and organizing necessary documentation for property viewings. • Collaborate with team members to develop strategies that enhance the client experience and streamline processes. Qualifications: • Real Estate License or in the process of getting one. • Experience in real estate or a related field, with a strong understanding of the buying process. • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients, ensuring they feel supported and informed. • Proven track record of managing multiple appointments and schedules efficiently. • Strong knowledge of the Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Marietta real estate market, offering valuable insights to clients. • Ability to work collaboratively with a team, contributing to a positive and productive environment. • Experience in providing feedback and insights to improve client experiences and streamline processes. • Proficiency in using technology and tools to organize and manage client interactions and documentation. Compensation: $122,500 - $196,500 yearly
