Responsibilities: • Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they have all the information needed to make informed decisions. • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule and coordinate showings, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. • Communicate effectively with clients, answering questions and addressing concerns promptly to build trust and rapport. • Stay informed about local market trends and property values to provide clients with up-to-date insights. • Assist in preparing and organizing property listings, ensuring they are accurate and appealing to potential buyers. • Maintain a detailed log of client interactions and feedback to help refine our approach and improve service. • Work closely with mentors and team members to continuously develop your skills and knowledge in real estate practices. Qualifications: • Real Estate License or in the process of getting one. • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout the buying process. • Proven track record of building strong relationships and trust with clients, leading to successful transactions. • Familiarity with the Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Marietta real estate market, or a willingness to quickly learn and adapt to local trends. • Ability to manage multiple showings and client interactions simultaneously, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. • Comfortable using technology and real estate software to schedule showings, manage listings, and track client interactions. • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules and maximize opportunities for showings. Compensation: $122,500 - $196,500 yearly
