Responsibilities: • Show properties to prospective buyers, ensuring each visit is informative and engaging. • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies. • Provide clients with detailed information about the local real estate market and available properties. • Coordinate with clients to schedule property viewings that fit their needs and preferences. • Assist in preparing and presenting offers to purchase, ensuring all client questions are addressed. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property showings in our CRM system. • Stay updated on industry trends and local market conditions to provide clients with the best advice possible. Qualifications: • Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining one. • Experience in real estate or a related field is preferred, but a strong desire to learn and grow is essential. • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients, ensuring a positive experience during property showings. • Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team to achieve shared goals and drive success. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions and property viewings efficiently. • Familiarity with CRM systems or a willingness to learn and maintain accurate records of client engagements. • Knowledge of Essex County's real estate market or a commitment to quickly acquire this information to provide valuable insights to clients. • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and industry trends, ensuring clients receive the most current advice and information. Compensation: $125,500 - $186,500 yearly
