Responsibilities: • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions • Lead generation • Real estate sales • Buyer lead follow-up • Set appointments • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Can spend a large amount of time driving • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Professional in attitude and appearance • A real estate license is required • Sales experience • Working Rights in the USA • Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation: $160,000 at plan commissions
