Responsibilities: • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria • Lead generation • Real estate sales • Buyer lead follow-up • Set appointments • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Professional in attitude and appearance • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • A real estate license is required • Sales experience • Working Rights in the USA • Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation: $160,000 at plan commissions
