Responsibilities: • Proactively engage with potential buyers and sellers through multiple touchpoints • Follow up consistently using a multi-step communication plan • Master and implement company-approved sales dialogues and techniques • Track and report prospecting activity and conversion rates weekly • Maintain high standards for response time and lead conversion • Participate in weekly team huddles and coaching sessions Qualifications: • Real Estate License or active pursuit of licensure • Strong, persuasive, and interpersonal communication skills • Proven ability to follow a process and stay organized • Growth mindset and openness to constructive feedback • Access to a smartphone and a laptop/computer • This is a commission-based role with performance-based earning potential Compensation: $125,500 - $192,500 yearly
