Responsibilities: • Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their decisions. • Communicate promptly and professionally with clients, answering questions and providing insights on the local real estate market. • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule showings and manage client appointments efficiently. • Assist in preparing properties for showings, ensuring they are presentable and welcoming to potential buyers. • Gather and relay client feedback to the sales team, helping refine our approach and improve client satisfaction. • Stay updated on market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate and timely information. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and encouraging repeat business and referrals. Qualifications: • Real Estate License, or in the process of getting one. • Experience in customer service or sales, with a passion for helping clients make informed decisions. • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in person and through digital channels. • Proven track record of managing multiple tasks and appointments efficiently. • Familiarity with the Tacoma, WA real estate market or a willingness to learn quickly. • Ability to work collaboratively with a team, sharing insights and feedback constructively. • Strong organizational skills to ensure properties are prepared and presentable for showings. • Proficiency in using technology and digital tools to schedule appointments and track client interactions. Compensation: $120,400 - $189,300 yearly
