Responsibilities: • Show residential properties to potential buyers, ensuring each visit is informative and engaging • Assist in generating leads by actively participating in community events and networking opportunities • Provide clients with detailed information about properties, neighborhoods, and the local real estate market • Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor, representing our team with integrity and enthusiasm • Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment • Keep accurate records of client interactions and property showings to ensure seamless follow-up • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually enhance your skills and knowledge Qualifications: • Active Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong follow-up and organization skills required • Must be comfortable with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment • Commission-only compensation structure Compensation: $120,400 - $189,300 yearly
