Responsibilities: • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service Qualifications: • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Professional in attitude and appearance • Real estate license required Compensation: $140,000+ at plan commissions
