Qualifications: • Real Estate License or in the process of getting one. • Experience in customer service or sales, with a focus on building strong client relationships. • Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically, ensuring clients feel heard and understood. • Proven track record of managing schedules and coordinating multiple appointments efficiently. • Knowledge of the Minneapolis-St. Paul-Bloomington real estate market requires a willingness to learn quickly. • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs with a positive attitude. • Experience in using digital tools and platforms to enhance client interactions and streamline processes. • Strong organizational skills to maintain detailed records and provide timely feedback to clients and team members. Compensation: $115,000 - $205,000 yearly
