Responsibilities: • Conduct research on potential homes and local communities to effectively address buyer inquiries. • Coordinate home showings promptly with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers. • Assist the lead agent in presenting homes to buyers that align with their preferences and budgets, leading to increased sales. • Aid clients in determining optimal offer prices and guide them through the closing process for a smooth and equitable transaction. • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to buyer clients' calls, texts, and emails. • Follow up on leads and generate new leads effectively. • Schedule appointments, conduct consultations, and facilitate sales closures.
