Responsibilities: • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion • Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria • Lead generation • Real estate sales • Buyer lead follow-up • Set appointments • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Can spend a large amount of time driving • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Professional in attitude and appearance • A real estate license is required • Great communication • Sales experience Compensation: $140,000 at plan commissions
