We are looking for a motivated real estate professional, licensed or currently completing pre-licensing coursework, to join our team as a Showing Agent. In this role, you will support client property tours while gaining firsthand experience from top producers who are committed to coaching and development. Added Value: • Direct mentorship from experienced agents • Hands-on field training through showings and tours • Proven systems and lead support to accelerate growth Responsibilities: • Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered • Lead generation • Real estate sales • Buyer lead follow-up • Set appointments • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Professional in attitude and appearance • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • A real estate license is required • Great communication • Sales experience Compensation: $140,000 at plan commissions
