Responsibilities: • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth Compensation: $140,000 at plan
