Added Value: • Direct mentorship from top-producing agents • Hands-on experience with client tours and interactions • Daily coaching and consistent training systems • Collaborative culture centered on accountability and growth • Access to tools and resources that streamline your business Responsibilities: • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary • Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc., so the process is done in a timely manner • Identify homes that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails, and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to closing to ensure client satisfaction • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers in a timely fashion • Lead generation • Real estate sales • Buyer lead follow-up • Set appointments • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Real estate license required • Ability to learn and be coachable • Sales experience • If you do not have a real estate license, we can help Compensation: $140,000 at plan
