Responsibilities: • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc., so the process is done in a timely manner • Identify homes that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails, and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to closing to ensure client satisfaction • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers in a timely fashion • Lead generation • Real estate sales • Buyer lead follow-up • Set appointments • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Present yourself in a professional manner • Real estate license required in order to work with clients and earn commissions • Ability to learn and be coachable • Sales experience • If you do not have a real estate license, we can help Compensation: $140,000+
