Responsibilities: • Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc., so the process is done in a timely manner • Identify homes that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails, and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to closing to ensure client satisfaction • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers in a timely fashion • Lead generation • Real estate sales • Buyer lead follow-up • Set appointments • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Can spend a large amount of time driving • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Professional in attitude and appearance • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Real estate license required • Ability to learn and coachable • Sales experience • If you do not have a real estate license, we can help Compensation: $130,000 at plan
