Responsibilities: • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth • Buyer sales • Set buyer consultations • Execute appointments • Lead follow-up • CRM • Sales scripts mastery • Set appointments Qualifications: • Professional in attitude and appearance • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Real estate license • Great communication • Sales experience Compensation: $140,000 at plan
