Responsibilities: • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster Qualifications: • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Real estate license required in order to work with clients and earn commissions Compensation: $150,000+ at plan
