Responsibilities: • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions Qualifications: • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Real estate license required in order to work with clients and earn commissions Compensation: $150,000+ at plan
