Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough research on available properties and local communities to provide comprehensive answers to inquiries from potential buyers. • Efficiently schedule and coordinate home showings for buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers. • Collaborate with the lead agent to showcase properties that meet the specific needs and financial requirements of buyer clients, ultimately driving sales. • Assist clients in determining appropriate offer prices and guide them through the closing process to ensure a seamless transaction. • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing buyer clients' calls, texts, and emails. • Engage in proactive lead follow-up activities to nurture potential leads. • Proactively generate new leads to expand the client base. • Organize and schedule appointments with precision and professionalism. • Conduct consultations with clients to understand their preferences and requirements effectively. • Successfully close sales transactions with a focus on client satisfaction and professional integrity. Qualifications: • The role requires extensive driving in your car around San Diego, CA, US. • Proficiency in CRM and marketing/lead technologies is preferred, but we welcome quick learners of new systems. • Candidates must be self-motivated to independently carry out tasks. • We are seeking individuals who are driven, motivated, and eager for professional development opportunities. • Either possessing a Real Estate license in San Diego, CA, US, or having the determination to promptly obtain one is essential. Compensation: $93,500 - $197,500 yearly
