    Showing Agent Opportunity We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to learn to grow inside a Showing Agent opportunity, work directly with buyers connected to the Zillow Flex program, and build consistency while earning rewarding commissions as you develop toward becoming a producing Buyer’s Agent. As a Showing Agent, you will learn to guide property tours while developing the ability to combine showings with strong buyer conversations that help create momentum during the home search process. The focus is not simply opening doors, but learning how to uncover buyer motivation, communicate value during tours, position homes effectively, and help buyers feel confident moving forward. You will also support open houses, maintain communication with active buyers, and stay involved alongside experienced real estate agents to gain real day to day experience through consistent activity. You will learn how productive agents manage follow up, structure buyer conversations, and operate within proven systems connected to Zillow Flex that support a more active and consistent real estate business. Through repetition, coaching, and continued exposure to real buyer interactions, you will continue building confidence, communication skills, and stronger habits in the field. Responsibilities: • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis Qualifications: • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Professional in attitude and appearance • Real estate license required to work with clients and earn commissions • Sales communication experience Compensation: $150,000+ at plan commissions
