Responsibilities: • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered • Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales • Real estate sales • Lead generation • Lead follow-up • Close appointments • Set appointments • Sales scripts mastery • CRM and database drip campaigns • Ongoing training Qualifications: • Present yourself in a professional manner • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • A real estate license is required in order to work with clients and earn commissions • Great communication • Sales experience Compensation: $70,000 - $175,000 at plan
